Lynn, a modern engineer who traveled through time due to a plane crash, woke up and became the son of a down-and-out baron who was deprived of his inheritance rights and had "zero affinity for divine favor" in the "Kingdom of Loren" in the fantasy continent of Western Fantasy. When he tried to pray for the last miracle in the abandoned temple next to the family cemetery, what he waited for was not an oracle, but a group of panicked green goblins emerging from the cracks in the ground. These races, which were regarded as dirty, stupid, and only worthy of being slaves, used rusty gears, moldy parchment, and a set of sophisticated mechanical devices to reveal to him the truth of the world: the "magic elements" that pervaded the world and the "power of faith" collected by the church were essentially a high-level energy called "source" that was deposited in the earth's veins. The so-called "Seven Gods" are just seven powerful life forms who accidentally discovered and learned to absorb the "Essence" in ancient times. They weaved lies, established churches, renamed the "Essence" as "Divine Grace", and monopolized its distribution rights to enslave all races and suppress other civilizations that might threaten their status.
