During the summer break of their sophomore year, the whole class didn’t want to lie flat at home and get nagged by their parents,
so they headed to a film studio together to work as extras, just to earn internship credits.
No protagonists! Just an ensemble cast!
No System, no comeback, no overnight fame.
Just a bunch of ordinary college students, innocent and clueless to a fault:
Putting on their costumes backwards, stumbling through their marks with both arms and legs moving in sync, and trembling as they struggle not to laugh at cheesy lines.
Squatting by the roadside to wolf down boxed lunches, standing all day until their legs ache, then jumping for joy over a day’s pay of just a few dozen yuan.
Other crews scheme and fight for influence. Our crew happily slacks off.
They’re all clumsy, something always goes wrong, and the laughs never stop!
The director rubs his forehead helplessly: “Can you college students take one scene seriously?”
The whole class protests: “We’re trying, but we just can’t help it!”
Lighthearted laughs · Incredibly realistic · A cast full of lovable goofballs
This isn’t the daily life of extras on a film set. It’s my summer vacation with my roommates!
