You Were Told to Play the Villain, So Why Are You Turning Into the Shinobi World's Asura?

[Naruto + wild misunderstandings + trope subversion + genius protagonist + lighthearted comedy]

To bring his younger sister back to life, Kamiya Shun makes a deal with a demon and is reincarnated during the Third Shinobi World War. In exchange, he must die at the hands of Naruto Uzumaki.

To ensure that the yet-unborn Naruto can kill him without a care in the world someday, Shun decides to establish a villainous reputation from childhood: beat up his teammates, act arrogant and rude, and reject the bonds of friendship!

During an exam, he deliberately causes a ninjutsu mishap that seriously injures his teammates. The Third Hokage, however, sees him as a once-in-a-century combat genius and promotes him ahead of schedule!

He deliberately provokes the genius Kakashi, but his overwhelming strength instead turns him into Kakashi's tsundere rival, someone Kakashi will follow for the rest of his life!
