War of Resistance: From the Start, I Raise a Suicide Squad and Wipe Out the Japanese Army

He transmigrates to the eve of the Second Battle of Shanghai in 1937.

Jiang Ye becomes the “damn traitor” whom everyone curses at in Shanghai’s Japanese puppet police bureau.

From the start, he faces a deadly test from the Japanese army. With death just a breath away, Jiang Ye awakens the [Abyss Arsenal System]!

As long as he makes money and takes down traitors and Japanese invaders, he can exchange an unlimited amount for modern bioengineered special forces with “animal genes” and weapons far beyond their time!

And so, Shanghai’s whole atmosphere changes.

Code name [Poison Bee]: A master of neurotoxins, he kills a Japanese major at a banquet with a single drop of colorless poison, then pins the blame perfectly on the traitorous bureau chief and climbs the ranks over his corpse!

Code name [Raging Bull]: A 2.2-meter-tall giant with a titanium-alloy skeleton, wielding a Gatling gun and clad in heavy armor, he turns a Japanese military police station into rubble overnight!

Code name [Night Owl]: Equipped with modern night-vision goggles and carrying a Barrett, he blows the head off a Japanese prince’s dog from three thousand meters away!

By day, Jiang Ye is a fawning, greedy, lecherous “traitor police chief,” leading the Special Higher Police around by the nose.

By night, he is the Grim Reaper in command of the [Abyss Task Force], dragging the Japanese invaders into an endless hell!

The underground Party is baffled: “Something’s off about this traitor. Why does everyone who crosses him end up dead?”

The Japanese high command is in total meltdown: “Baka! Who are those devils wearing four eyes and throwing thermobaric bombs?!”

Jiang Ye smiles faintly and produces his perfect alibi. “Your Excellency, I’m just a small-time police officer trying to get by. This really has nothing to do with me.”
