The Haunted House: Blood Gate

Zhu Mo was an ordinary man at the lowest point in his life when he unexpectedly rode a driverless bus to the Black Strange Lodge, where he was trapped alongside a group of cursed people. A mysterious organization was pulling the strings and stopping them from escaping. Every so often, they were forced into the terrifying world beyond the Blood Gate to complete missions. Failure meant death. Zhu Mo activated a System, but as he grew stronger, he faced a difficult choice: make deals with ghosts and monsters to gain power quickly, or hold fast to his moral principles. Because of his System abilities, the other cursed people misunderstood him and thought he was working with the mysterious organization. Zhu Mo struggled to survive while clearing up the misunderstanding. In the end, he uncovered the secrets of the Strange Lodge, but lost the friend who had protected him.
