When “Apocalypse,” the supreme being of the god race, is deleted with a single click by its creator, an entity known as the “Programmer,” the god-tier civilizations of the Myriad Worlds finally collapse. In terror, they discover that the supposedly immortal godheads, invincible divine artifacts, and eternal Heavenly Dao are nothing more than program rules written by a higher-dimensional civilization. Everything they once took pride in can be deleted, rolled back, or rewritten at any moment.
Ling Yu, a young human, was nothing more than an ant in a lower civilization kept in captivity by the god race. Then, by chance, he obtained a drop of forbidden blood from the ancient cosmic civilization of the Primordial Era. This blood belongs to none of the known god-tier civilizations. It comes from an entity feared even by the Creator: an unknown being who once tried to hack into the Programmer’s backend and succeeded in altering the code of its own fate.
The forbidden blood grants Ling Yu not the power to destroy, but something far more terrifying: he can see the source code behind all things. The gods’ spells are code, the Heavenly Dao’s workings are algorithms, reincarnation is data migration, and even space and time are nothing but lines of looping commands.
From that moment on, Ling Yu sets out on a path no one in the Myriad Worlds has ever walked: not to become a god, nor to transcend reincarnation, but to hack into the deepest layer of the universe and rewrite all its rules.
