My Ex-Husband and His Brother Hate Me Day and Night

[One woman, two men + sweet romance + childhood sweethearts + love triangle + brooding, ghostlike men + morally gray heroine] All the male leads are sexually inexperienced.

Song Linghua's life takes a sudden turn after three years as Crown Princess. The Crown Prince, Xie Zhao, is deposed, and she is exiled with him to the frontier. Four years later, she suddenly dreams that Xie Zhao crashes a bride's wedding and takes her away with her baby, while Song Linghua is brutally murdered and left in a mass grave.

Her supposed crimes: a vicious heart and countless evil deeds.

Song Linghua: “Spell it out! What exactly did I do?”

There's no helping it. After waking in a fright, she prepares for the worst. She keeps playing the loving wife to Xie Zhao while secretly planning her escape. When she meets the very bride from her dream, she confirms that at least part of the dream is true. That night, she flees.

She thinks she'll never see wealth and luxury again, but along the way she runs into Xie Zhao's third brother, the dazzlingly beautiful Third Prince, Xie Yong.

He holds her captive, murmuring in a low voice again and again, “I was here first...”

The Third Prince ascends the throne, and she becomes empress.

Then her former husband returns from the frontier, cutting his way back.

Looking at the bloodied blade in her ex-husband's hand, she thinks, I'm really going to die this time.

“Die? Don't be afraid, my lady, my sister. I'll die with you on the dragon bed.”

Song Linghua is horrified. “No! Not that kind of dying!”

Someone asks, “If this woman is vain, abandoned her husband, and tried to kill him, why does Xie Zhao still love her, make her empress, and hand her control of the court?”

Xie Zhao sneers. “That's not love. It's hatred. She may have gained wealth, luxury, and power over the realm, but she can never escape me again. I'll punish her every night and take away her freedom.”
