Time Zero was born from the fusion of the Ninth Doctor and Rose Tyler's time vortex energy.
When the Doctor was reborn, he was pushed into the turbulence of time and lost all his memory. He only remembered his name and the accompanying time ship TARDIS.
When he woke up on the desolate planet K76 and was repairing the malfunctioning TARDIS, he met Ultraman Zero who was punished to practice here because of his mistakes.
Two teenagers with "zero" in their names met unexpectedly. Cero was shocked by the magical TARDIS that "the inside is bigger than the outside", and offered to help with a soft-spoken and soft-hearted attitude.
Stranded in the blue police box on the alien planet, the bond between the time walker and the warrior of light began quietly.
