The Solitary Lamp Illuminates the Mysterious Sutra

Xuanmen is in troubled times, and the right path is declining. Gu Chengdao has mediocre qualifications. He was framed and expelled by his teacher because he was not familiar with flattery, and he lived in the wilderness. He kept a broken lamp and a broken scroll alone, and was ridiculed by the world and coveted by evil spirits. No one knows that the lamp is a spiritual lamp left by the ancient Taoist ancestors, which can illuminate Yin and Yang; that sutra is the supreme Taoist treasure that carries the origin of heaven and earth. Once he awakened, he cultivated the Taoist Dao, connected Yin and Yang, drew magical talismans, and refined his Taoist body. The former outcast has since risen. The fellow disciples who had bullied him were vulnerable; the demons who caused trouble in the world were suppressed by his talisman; the hypocrites who colluded with the devil were all found out and severely punished. He broke into ghost markets, set foot in secret realms, and went to immortal gates. He used his mortal body to defy destiny, and grew up from a low-spirited cultivator to a Taoist true man who awes the three worlds. The giant demon king will destroy the world with one sword if he violates the rules; if the master teaches, if he violates the rules, he will be punished according to the law. He does not admire glitz, but only abides by Gudeng Xuan Sutra to suppress all evil and protect the common people. The sects that once abandoned him knelt down and begged him to return, the monks who once laughed at him worshiped him, and the evil spirits running rampant in the world fled upon hearing his name. Gu Chengdao used lamps to illuminate his mind and scriptures to carry the Tao. He eliminated dissatisfaction, reestablished orthodoxy, and achieved the supreme Tao and fruit in a decadent and chaotic world. If the lamp never goes out, the heart of the Tao will last forever; if it is always there, the Tao will last forever.
