When all senses lie and all memories are tampered with, the only thing humans can rely on is the intuition engraved deep in their souls. In an underground experimental base called "The Cage," twelve participants who lost their memory were forced to participate in a death game called "Humanity Screening." They must pass seven tests of life and death within seven days. Each level has seemingly absolute rules, and the only way to survive is to find loopholes in the rules.
