Plot summary: It tells the story of the marriage journey of Qianlong's successor Ulanala Ruyi (Qingying) and Emperor Hongli, from loving each other to being lost and disillusioned. This article is an adaptation based on Liu Lianzi's original work "Harem: Ruyi's Royal Love in the Palace", retaining the relationship between the core characters and the background of the times, but reinterpreting some of the plot trends, character fates and narrative perspectives. This work strives to explore another possibility on the basis of respecting the spirit of the original work - if Ruyi is not blindly forbearing, if different choices are made at certain key nodes, how will the fate of the deep palace be rewritten?
