By his master’s order, Maoshan celestial master Lin Xiaoan descends the mountain and infiltrates Guangming Group to investigate the traitor Xuan Chenzi. He appears to be an ordinary office worker, but he possesses three legacies: the Heavenly Eye, talismans, and the Celestial Master Seal.
On his first day at work, he sees through the building’s sinister formation and casually repairs a projector haunted by an evil spirit.
His three-million-yuan proposal wows everyone. He easily breaks the Heart-Devouring Gu and saves the heiress Su Qing.
The haunted mansion at Yujing Haoting, vengeful spirits on the lower floors, the Dongfang family’s schemes, the Blood Fiend Sect’s chaos...
Paranormal incidents plague the city, while rogue cultivators and monsters run rampant. Lin Xiaoan quietly steps in wherever he goes, slaying evil spirits, breaking feng shui curses, and putting people’s minds at ease.
Su Qing goes from an arrogant director to his personal assistant, while the wealthy heir Chen Haoyu becomes his number-one sidekick.
When Xuan Chenzi returns and Western superpowered beings set their sights on the spiritual energy of the East,
Lin Xiaoan finally drops the act:
“I didn’t come here to work. I came to keep every evil spirit in this city in check.”
The celestial master descends the mountain, suppressing the world with a single spell!
