Seeking Truth at the Azure Gate

Xu Chang'an is an ordinary boy burdened with a “fake spirit root” dismissed as good-for-nothing. Yet a mysterious book, the Qi Guiding Art, leads him onto the path of immortality. From the teahouses and markets of Qingya County to the scrap yard of Yaoguang Court, the lowest-ranking place in the sect, every step is a struggle, but his resolve is as firm as stone.

Faced with a gifted senior disciple’s oppression, conspiracies at the sect tournament, and a century-old secret buried beneath the scrap yard, Xu Chang'an does not ask whether his heart is worthy of the Dao. He asks only whether the weapon in his hand has ever broken. Watch as this ordinary mortal bone feeds countless discarded weapons to the flames, kindling a spark deep in the earth that will burn away injustice. On this path to immortality beneath the Azure Gate, he will forge a road of awakening all his own.
