Heavenly Sword: The Hero's Shadow Returns to the Dust

In 1968, Zhu Yuanzhang declares himself emperor in Yingtian, establishes the Ming dynasty, and restores the realm to Han Chinese rule.

The Prince of Ruyang is assassinated, and Wang Baobao inherits his title.

When the Ming army captures Dadu, Wang Baobao leads the Yuan army out of the Central Plains, retreats to the northern deserts, and assists Yuanzhao Zong.

Thus, this battle for the realm comes to an end.

But just as the realm is pacified, the martial world stirs once more. The Dragon-Slaying Saber is gone, and the Heaven-Reliant Sword has reappeared.

The struggle for dominance in the martial world continues, and the Ming Cult is caught in dire straits.

Zhang Wuji resigns as leader of the Ming Cult, leaving it without a head and splitting it into factions.

Uneasy and anxious, the devoted members of the cult wait for Zhang Wuji to return and take command once more.

Zhu Yuanzhang used the Ming Cult's rebel army to become emperor in a time of chaos, yet he will not tolerate the cult's followers in peacetime.

He secretly orders their extermination.
