This is a story about "walking".
Yuuto Uchiha, a descendant of the exiles, has the souls of seventy-three tribesmen in his eyes. His headaches never stop, and his mind teeters on the edge of madness. He just wants to find answers - why his family has to be wiped out, why those who tell the truth do not have a good end, why the world treats some people more cruelly than it treats wild dogs on the roadside.
He has come a long way. From the valley to the country of snow, from the country of snow to the village of ashes. He met his great-grandmother who had been sealed away for seventy years, bid farewell to his great-uncle who had been waiting for him all his life, planted seventy-three trees, and built a place for homeless people.
This is not a story about revenge, or even a story about battle. This is a story about "bearing" - bearing loss, bearing pain, bearing forgetfulness, and then finding a way to move on while bearing it.
His eyes would be blinded, his pupils would lose their power, and his artifact would be entrusted to the next generation. But the path he walked will not disappear.
May every homeless person find his or her own village of ashes.
