Yu Lan is a well-known curator in Beijing. She wears a red Birkin and eight-centimeter high heels.
Chen Yan is a veteran with steel nails in his knees. There is a clear line on his resume: It will not affect daily driving.
She hired him as a driver, never expecting what would happen next.
Until one rainy night, she asked in the back seat: "Chen Yan, do you like me?"
He said yes.
She said: "Then resign and then chase me."
