Lin Mo is a sign language interpreter who was born deaf. He grew up in an orphanage and is accustomed to observing the world with his eyes and brushstrokes. At a charity event, he met Chen Xiao, a lawyer with a flamboyant personality but a lonely heart. The two became connected due to a misunderstanding, and were forced to cooperate because of a lawsuit involving the deaf-mute group. In a series of events, they discovered that each other's world was far more complicated than they imagined - Lin Mo was not completely "silent", he had a keen perception of the world hidden in his heart; Chen Xiao was burdened with the secrets of his family and past under his bright appearance. In the process of misunderstanding, testing and getting closer, the two signed a "silent contract" that belonged only to them: they could understand each other's sincerity without using words.
