[Otsutsuki + multiple heroines + mentor-focused + expansive worldbuilding]

After dying of an incurable illness, Lin Tianyu, a young master from Beijing’s elite circles, transmigrates as the young lord of the Otsutsuki clan and the son of Otsutsuki Shibai, the supreme deity of the Naruto universe.

After establishing himself in Takamagahara, the Otsutsuki homeworld, he descends upon the shinobi world at the end of the Fourth Great Ninja War.

He announces his decree before everyone, taking Kaguya as his principal wife and the young lord’s mother. Hagoromo can only kneel before this father who has appeared out of nowhere, seething with helpless rage.

Tianyu then extends an invitation to the shinobi present. In the end, Sasuke, Madara, Hashirama, Tobirama, Minato, Kushina, Orochimaru, Uchiha Hikaru, Konan, Sakura, Neji, Hanabi, and others choose to follow Tianyu to Takamagahara for advanced training. Naruto, unable to give up on his dream of becoming Hokage, chooses to stay in the shinobi world.

Fifteen years later, the events of Boruto mark the turning point, and the wheels of fate begin to turn.

See how Naruto, after being beaten badly by Isshiki, regrets his earlier choice, learns from the pain, and ultimately catches up with Tianyu, joining the march of the times.

See how, with the support of his wives, disciples, and children, Tianyu gradually topples his two elder brothers and becomes the Otsutsuki clan leader, creating a new order.
