From the eighth year of Hongwu (1375) to the first year of Jiajing (1522), one hundred and forty-seven years.
Five generations, a hammer, four iron tablets, an academy, a family, and a mountain.
Wang Tiesheng started from a broken blacksmith shop at the foot of Taihang Mountain, and built the foundation of Taihang Iron Company with integrity and craftsmanship. Wang Xiaotie went north to the grasslands and south to Huguang, selling ironware to the capital and Nanyang. Wang Jizu set sail and left Malacca with a reputation for ironware and an unfinished dream. Wang Shouyi broke a leg, but he brought the skills of the Western Regions back to Jincheng, allowing the iron tools of the Taihang Iron Company to reach a higher level. Wang Zhiyuan managed to hold on to the family business during the turbulent times and rooted deeper.
Five people, five lives, but there is one thread running through it all - iron rules.
Integrity, righteousness, perseverance, enterprising spirit, and never forgetting our roots.
These rules are not written on paper, but are struck in iron and engraved in the heart. They have been passed down for five generations and will continue to be passed down.
Taihang Mountain is still there, and the sound of the hammer is still there.
The story continues.
