Late at night, a murder takes place in a mixed-use residential and commercial building. A resident is killed at home. At the same time, twelve people of different backgrounds take the elevator downstairs. The killer is hidden among them.
The elevator suddenly breaks down, trapping them in its sealed cabin. At first, there is only frustration and complaints. Then someone sees a news report about the murder in the building, and panic erupts.
