The story takes place in the modern city "Jiangcheng", a city with a developed economy and complex forces.
Jiangcheng is controlled by four major families: Xiao family, Su family, Lin family, and Zhao family. The four major families are peaceful on the surface, but in fact they are fighting secretly.
On top of the four major families, there are also hidden families and mysterious organizations. Their strength far exceeds the secular forces.
