Lin Long is reborn and returns to the year 2000. He is still a low-ranking beat cop, and still a trainee officer.
From the start, he is thrown into the cliched scenario of a breakup, but Lin Long turns it into a story with a very different kind of excitement.
Reborn for a second life, Lin Long says, "Forgive me for living wild and free all my life. I love freedom."
And so the story begins: danger, excitement, wealth, beautiful women... With the advantage of having been reborn, Lin Long enjoys a happier life unlike any other.
