"Pictures Under the Moon" is an ink-and-wash fairy-tale work that turns cruelty into sweetness. It tells the story of two-way redemption between the painting fairy Su Qingyan under the moon and the Wuwu war ghost Lingye, who are forcibly bound by an ancient life-and-death contract.
A millennium of deception, once bound to the soul. The painting fairy Su Qingyan, who was responsible for the destruction of his sect and was condemned by God to be trapped in the Danqing Realm for thousands of years, stepped into the forbidden abyss in order to break the situation. He accidentally formed a life-and-death contract with Ling Ye, the ancient war god who had been betrayed and sealed for thousands of years and turned into a war ghost.
From the endless torture of each other, to the symbiosis in desperate situations; from the gentle approach in the fireworks of the world, to the enemy of the three realms after the truth is revealed. Two broken souls trapped by fate, using pen and ink as a guide and moonlight as evidence, healed each other and redeemed each other on the road to unsealing the three-layer seal. In the end, they held hands to protect the three realms and retired to the world, creating a fairy tale that spans a thousand years.
