Her and Her Cat

[Two female leads + cat beastkin + infinite worlds]

In this world, when people come of age, they can choose to form a soul pact with a beastkin. But both sides must agree willingly. It cannot be forced or faked.

Luo Li is a cat beastkin who lives at the Pact Hall.

She's proud, picky, and never tries to please anyone.

Countless people have come hoping to tame her, make her lower her head, and force her into a pact. Every one of them has failed.

She'd rather stay at the Pact Hall forever than give herself away to just anyone.

She thought all humans were the same.

Until one day, she met Shen Zhiyi.

Shen Zhiyi wasn't gentle or ingratiating. In fact, she clashed with Luo Li from the very first meeting.

But Shen Zhiyi never chased after Luo Li, demanding a pact like everyone else.

Luo Li didn't know when it began, but somehow, she found herself wanting to be tamed by this person.

One day, the cat beastkin who bared her claws at everyone and never bowed her head became so very, very obedient in Shen Zhiyi's hands.

Not because she'd been conquered.

Because she chose to be.
