Tang Field

Author's Notes Some people have dreamed of martial arts since they were young, enjoying the pleasure of grudges. I have had a dream since I was a child, called the Dream of the Late Tang Dynasty. This book is not for traffic, royalties, signings, or publication. It is just my own, stubborn, and serious to the point of being stupid—Record of Dreams of the Late Tang Dynasty. In order to write it, I actually walked through Yulei Pass and Chaimen Pass, stepped on the remaining soil of Wuzhang Plain, and stood in the wind of the Jinghe River Valley. I have personally seen and measured where formations can be formed, where troops can be ambushed, how long the cavalry can form, and how the river valleys advance and retreat. The mountains and rivers in the book, every plant, every tree, every pass, are all the same as reality. In order to write it, I blocked every historical timeline and checked every character, system, salary, land area, population, and military system. No jokes, no magical changes, no bloody play, and no overturning the logic of the times just to make things cool. The late Tang Dynasty was originally depressed, aggrieved, and stagnant. It was not exciting in the early stage. This was not because it was slow, but because it was loyal to history. The division of fields in the mid-term game was the only solution I could think of in this troubled world. Counting soldiers, money, people's hearts, court, land, life and death - this is not cheating by the protagonist, it is the only way for a little person to survive in a desperate situation. I know that this book has no golden fingers, no sense of counterattack, and the protagonist is not a real person from history, so there is a high probability that no one will care about it. I also know that such a serious, rigorous, realistic and harsh story will not get traffic, and it is difficult for a publisher to publish it. But I wrote it anyway. After writing these 1.2 Million words, I will finish writing this period of the Tang Dynasty that remains in the shadow of history. Not to be sought after by anyone, just to give myself an explanation. Not to become famous in the world, but to fulfill a dream that has been buried in my heart since I was a child about the remaining Tang Dynasty, passes, mountains, rivers and people's hearts. If you open it by chance, I hope you can see behind the words the me who walks through the mountains step by step and pays close attention to the details every word. This is not a novel, this is a love letter I wrote to the late Tang Dynasty with my steps and sincerity. No one knows and no regrets. That's all.

Is Wenzhou the current Wen County? The geographical pattern is somewhat accurate, it doesn't look like it was made up.
