The reality we live in is slowly being eroded by a higher-dimensional entity known as “the Rules.” The Rules seep into everyday places in the form of urban legends: elevators, subway stations, hospital corridors. Any space marked by the Rules becomes a “haunted domain.” Within these domains, humans must obey strange rules that appear without warning, or they will be “corrupted.”
Anyone whose corruption level reaches 100% becomes part of the Rules and disappears forever.
