Very well written and well described warden. But he's not the warden of the tidal prisons in the Delta, and he's not Ghroth The great and even archetypal Gherroth in the Delta is the ultimate expression of justice. Dian Da pursues justice in his setting and goes to extreme justice based on the facts. He will not let go of any GTI, nor will he allow the existence of the black market, nor will he condone drug lords and private arms. He only has justice in his mind, he has no mind to think about financial interests, etc.
It's beautiful, why doesn't anyone see it?
