Descendant of the Hongwu Emperor

Descendants of the Hongwu Dragon

Author: Da Na

In the first year of Hongwu, the realm has only just been pacified, and undercurrents surge beneath the surface.

Chi Lan Si and Ying Lan, two sworn brothers bound by a hidden secret, accidentally awaken a dragon-soul treasure that has lain dormant for a thousand years amid the chaos of the age.

He wears no armor and carries no sword. Using his own body as a catalyst, he forms an impenetrable dragon hide that covers him from head to toe. Blades and spears cannot pierce it, and his power shakes the land.

The remnants of the Northern Yuan covet the Central Plains, sinister forces from the martial world sow chaos in every direction, and courtly power struggles grow ever more treacherous. The brothers stand side by side, guarding the lands of the Great Ming as descendants of the dragon.

The people call them the Dragon Guards Who Protect the Nation, while their enemies tremble at the mere mention of their names.

This is a legend erased from the official histories, and also the most authentic epic of defending the nation and securing the realm in the early Hongwu era.
