A Misguided Thought Eats at the Heart

It took me three months to complete my first online novel, my first foray into the water. I had no idea about signing contracts, recommendations, etc., So I just immersed myself in writing it, posted it, and ended it. Looking back at why I wrote this story, the underlying reason is to resolve my inner feeling of unworthiness. Lack of love and unworthiness are probably common problems among children in every traditional East Asian family. Putting problems that cannot be solved in reality into a virtual space to heal may still have some effect. As a web novel with a slow pace, few exciting points, and a lot of shortcomings, at least their arcs made me feel hope, so I said goodbye and tried to get more resonance with the next story.
