In the seventeenth year of Chongzhen, Meishan. The white silk has been tied, but thunder suddenly comes.
Zhu Youjian opened his eyes and returned to the day sixteen years ago when he first ascended the throne.
There is no system, no modern knowledge. There are only all the memories of the pain of seventeen years of national subjugation. He knows who is loyal and who is traitorous, knows how every battle is lost, and knows the consequences of every decision.
This time, he will take it step by step. Use power and strategy to check and balance the court, use reform to enrich the treasury, use iron and blood to destroy the bandits, and use wisdom to defeat Hou Jin.
Sun Chuanting is not dead, Lu Xiangsheng is not alone, and Yuan Chonghuan is not unjust.
But history has changed, and so have the enemies. He'll still be suspicious, impatient, and make mistakes—but he won't lose again.
Hardcore Machiavellian, no golden fingers. A million-word novel, progressively written in five volumes. See how Chongzhen reopened the Ming Dynasty.

The writing is quite good. After many years of experience and one death, I finally matured and had a scheming mind. I know there are a lot of things going on, so I can't come out openly, and I can't express my position easily. It is obviously different from those mindless articles. It's just an update. Although I understand that it's just for love, I still want to update more, at least not constantly.
