“Our Xia Nation veterans are not all dead yet! What gives you the right to say our country has fallen?!”
In my previous life,
the elite forces of Xia Nation were surrounded beyond the pass on the National Destiny Battlefield. The Yalu River defense line was breached, and every descendant of the Lin family died in battle.
Everyone said, “Xia Nation has fallen! The country is doomed!”
In this life, Lin Weiguo returns reborn. Carrying a coffin into the National Assembly, he faces a nationwide live broadcast and cries out,
“Veterans of Great Xia, do you still remember the oath you made when you left the service?”
And then!
Countless white-haired veterans rise one after another.
“We have not forgotten!”
“We have not forgotten!”
“If war breaks out, we will answer the call!”
“With me here, the motherland cannot be defeated!”
In recent years, the world has grown increasingly turbulent!
Have you ever wondered who would stand up to defend the motherland if it were invaded one day and brought to the brink of life and death?
Would it be those who hate their country?
Or those corrupt traitors selling it out for personal gain?
After thinking it over, only one kind of person seems most likely to step forward without hesitation in such a moment.
The country's white-haired veterans.
Their generation was born when the nation was at its most perilous, and they seem to have been born with a spirit of self-sacrifice.
At the motherland's call, even if they are gravely ill and bedridden, even if they are on the brink of death, they will get back up and fight for their country.
If war breaks out, we will answer the call!
That is the oath countless veterans will never forget!
With tears in my eyes, I will return if called upon to fight!
