I'm No Master Craftsman I

When the “Black Tide” devours civilization and humanity’s skills are forgotten, a group of inheritors who have awakened the “Path of the Divine Craftsman” use their crafts to fight the coming end. “A craftsman preserves a peerless art; through such an art, one may reach the divine.” Fifty years ago, a fissure split open the sky, and a strange substance known as the “Black Tide” poured through. It does not directly harm people, but it possesses a terrifying ability: it devours information. In places tainted by the Black Tide, all records of the “past” vanish: books turn to blank pages, hard drives are wiped clean, and human memories grow hazy. Most terrifying of all, knowledge and skills devoured by the Black Tide can never be reinvented.
