We are the post-00s who were pushed to grow up.
I have been taught since I was a child to work hard, be sensible, and strive for success.
But when I really entered the society, I discovered:
Hard work will not bring you fairness, being sensible will not bring you respect, and striving for success will only bring you unlimited exploitation.
During recruitment, they were told that they were free to work overtime, but after joining the company, they had to work overtime and did not dare to ask for leave;
They promised a relaxed atmosphere, but in reality they were scolded at every turn and took full responsibility for their mistakes.
We also have emotions, we also have breakdowns, and we also want to be treated as human beings.
It's not a tool that only works and doesn't get tired.
Why?
Our leaders have five days off and two days off, so we stay up late and work overtime;
They talk about their dreams and make plans, while we worry about rent, food and food.
We enter the workplace with enthusiasm,
But the edges have been worn away, the enthusiasm has been exhausted, and only numbness and unwillingness remain.
We are unwilling to give in,
Not willing to have my youth wasted, not willing to have my sincerity trampled on,
Unwilling to work hard but not even get basic respect.
Not willing to live like what I hate the most,
Unwilling to give in to this miserable life.
So we chose to turn around.
Not admitting defeat, not escaping,
I don't want to be defined anymore, I don't want to be manipulated anymore, I don't want to swallow my anger anymore.
This is the last stubbornness of our post-00s generation:
Since the world doesn't love us, then we should love ourselves.
Since there is no room for us here, we will live in a different world.
We took this unwillingness to the countryside,
Live so that you will not be bullied or influenced by anyone,
true self
