Forging a New Era for the Navy with My Iron Fists

Xiu Francis, the brightest rising star in the G7 Celestial Dragon Preparatory Corps!

A beloved disciple of the great Imu's heir, yet he despises the hypocrisy of so-called “justice.”

Watching his fellow officers fawn over the Celestial Dragons while their superiors turn a blind eye to the suffering of ordinary people, he can no longer contain his fury!

“If the uniform can't stand for justice, then I'll use it to smash the old world!”

At the Summit War, Akainu's fist of destruction hurtles toward Luffy!

Francis launches a mighty punch infused with overwhelming Haki. Magma sprays everywhere as Akainu staggers backward!

He stands in front of Luffy, his military coat snapping in the wind. “You old mutt, your justice stinks!”

The World Government is furious?

Francis raises a bloodstained flag and leads elite Marines inspired by their convictions: former classmates, furious commanders, and desperate powerhouses!

They swear to topple rotten Mariejois and become the “New Marines”!

Sengoku roars, “Francis! You've betrayed us!”

Francis sneers. “Betrayed you? I'm setting the Marines straight!”

Garp gives him a complicated look. “You brat... you're even crazier than your old man!”

Kizaru shrugs. “Picking a fight with the old boss? How scary~”

He ruthlessly purges the rot within the ranks, crushes the pirates wreaking havoc, and even turns his cannons toward the shadows of the Red Line!

“Celestial Dragons? Maggots in human skin!”

When Francis's “Fist of Justice” punches through Mariejois's walls, the roar of the old order collapsing resounds across the sea!

He doesn't want to be King of the Pirates. He wants to forge an ocean that belongs to everyone!

Rejecting corruption and holding the dawn in his grasp, he is Xiu Francis, a Marine madman who will smash his way into a new world with iron fists and conviction!

He is the... King of the Marines in the New World!
