A burned-out office worker who is no longer young gets a new lease on life in the Pokemon world, and is saved by the love of a world where most of the characters are wildly out of character. Put simply, an old Pokemon fan transmigrates into a world that is mainly Pokemon, but occasionally features characters from other universes. The protagonist, Yida, uses his knowledge from his previous life to grow stronger and reach the pinnacle of success.
“Movie star Dio’s new hit: Shaving, I Picked Up Palkia, and Now I Can Stop Time for Nine Seconds.”
“Kanto’s Mahjong God, Shigeru Akagi: A Night of Demonic Feats.”
“The Strongest Man on Earth, Yujiro Hanma: The Ultimate Father-Son Showdown.”
“Jiraiya the Spy vs. Minato the Homebody: Did You Know?”
And so on. Who are all these people? Are they supposed to show up in the Pokemon world?
Did I transmigrate into the wrong Pokemon world?!
(The characters above will not all appear; they are just examples.)
