The Tale of Nagato in the Shadow of the Wind: Get Busy and Get Stronger

{Unhinged story + low-key cathartic story} I transmigrated into Nagato.

Rinnegan, Akatsuki, the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path, and carrying rice bags up how many floors? A textbook world-ending start.

But none of that is the worst part.

The worst part is that the first thing I discover when I open my eyes is that I need someone to help me even to take a dump.

Lying in a tower in Amegakure, pierced by black rods and looking like a walking Wi-Fi router, I’m cared for by Konan like a critical patient. I decide to change everything. Reform the ninja world, trample the second-generation Kage, and abolish bloodline supremacy. What a noble goal.

Then the System arrives.

Kaguya's Romance System, “A Bewildering Array of Flowers” edition.

Targets range from Hinata Hyuga to Sasuke Uchiha, from Tsunade to Orochimaru. No restrictions on gender or species. Succeed in winning them over and you get stronger. The exchange shop offers Sage Mode and Six Paths power, along with anti-fart-smell pills and disposable Sharingan stickers.

I choose my first target: Konan.

Affection: -100.

After my confession: -200.

After I'm reported for workplace harassment: -250.

I give up.

Negative effect: Charm -150. Awaken the domain “Les Miserables.” Everyone within a hundred-meter radius falls into depression, and the range expands with my mood.

Now everyone in Amegakure is crying. So am I.

The System can't take it anymore and gives me a “Good Person Trial Card.” For one month, I'm a fully able-bodied Konoha Genin, living next door to twelve-year-old Naruto, with Kakashi as my teacher and Jiraiya still alive.

But only for a month.

Wait... why are there men among the targets? And why are some of them not even “human”?

There's nothing wrong with my tastes.

Probably.
