Silly Zhu Returns: This Time, No One Gets Away!

Scene: The courtyard is being prepared for Jia Dongxu’s funeral. Qin Huairu, dressed in mourning clothes, gazes at him with red-rimmed eyes. Everyone else is also waiting, as usual, for him to make the decisions and provide money and help.

Sha Zhu’s response: He says nothing. As everyone looks on in shock, he turns, goes back inside, locks the door, and starts cooking. He doesn’t make a boxed meal for Qin Huairu. Instead, he fries a plate of fragrant pork for himself and washes it down with Erguotou, eating to his heart’s content.
