Starting in Diaoyucheng, I Sweep Away the Mongol Yuan with Firearms

Chen Du, a graduate student in history, wakes up in the final years of the Southern Song Dynasty, having transmigrated into the body of Zhao Boheng, a fourteen-year-old imperial clansman in Fishing City.

Chongqing has fallen, Zhang Jue has been captured, and the isolated city is surrounded, out of food and without reinforcements. The history books have already settled its fate: it will open its gates and surrender next January.

Armed with military engineering knowledge far ahead of its time, he will never let this iron-blooded city, which has held out for thirty-six years, meet its end here.

Make gunpowder, cast cannons, train a new army with firearms, and redesign the city's defenses.

Blow the Mongol cavalry to pieces with cannon fire, cow the four corners of the land with volleys of muskets. Replace divine weapons with firearms and turn fate around with knowledge.

The Mongol army is at the gates? Perfect, they'll make fine cannon fodder!

The city is isolated and on the brink of ruin? He'll launch a counterattack!

Watch as this young man rebuilds an iron-blooded realm by his own efforts,

starting from Fishing City and sweeping across the world with firearms, restoring the Song Dynasty and marching straight for the Great Capital!

From the start, he's in dire straits. Firearms will decide the fate of the realm!
