I highly recommend this book to anyone who likes traditional culture, traditional martial arts and Chinese medicine. If you can calm down and read it, you will gain a lot. Some of the content is indeed obscure for young people. Take more notes and read it when you have nothing to do. Sooner or later you will understand it!
