One Piece: The Two-Headed God of Magic

A super rookie from the North Blue with the Zoan-type, Mythical Zoan, Ogre Mage Devil Fruit. He usually has only one head and is a transmigrated wisecracker. Only when he goes berserk or hits a stroke of absurd luck does a second head grow, instantly doubling his combat power. His skills all depend on how lucky he gets with “multicasting”: when luck is on his side, four fireballs can flatten a warship; when it isn't, his fireballs fizzle and he gets chased around by grunts. His specialty is explosive, luck-based power: when fortune favors him, the action is blazing; when it doesn't, the jokes are enough to make you fall over laughing.
