Parallel Erosion

[Urban Suspense] + [A Battle Between Twins]

Another version of me, from a parallel world, is slowly stealing my life.

A photo of an unfamiliar woman appears on my boyfriend's phone. Her features look seventy percent like mine, but her carefree smile feels like a stranger's. He insists, “That's you.”

At a company meeting, my colleagues announce that the proposal I spent several sleepless nights preparing was “submitted a week ahead of schedule.” They congratulate me, but look at me as if I'm someone else.

I haven't transmigrated. I'm not possessed.

I'm being overwritten.

Every time my parallel-world counterpart makes a choice, my memories, my love, even my very existence are gradually altered, erased, and transferred.

And the person taking my place is signing the final agreement now:

to make me disappear for good.

Before she succeeds, I have to uncover the truth and take back my life.

Or die with her.
