Everyone laughs at Zhu Bajie, calling him the useless fool on the journey west.
Greedy and lecherous, muddleheaded from start to finish, always relying on Brother Monkey to carry him.
But no one knows that he is the reincarnation of an ancient water god, hiding his true abilities for a thousand years, waiting only for the right moment.
A thousand years into the pilgrimage, the false Buddhas of Spirit Mountain bare their fangs. The Demon Buddha Poxun wreaks havoc across the Three Realms, while Buddhism's conspiracy sweeps through the Six Paths.
The fool is a fool no more!
He awakens the origin of Tianpeng, takes command of all the waters of the Three Realms, joins forces with Sun Wukong, protects Tang Sanzang, topples Leiyin Temple, and seals away the Demon Buddha Poxun!
With his nine-toothed rake, he beats the gods and Buddhas of heaven into submission and brings peace to the Three Realms all by himself!
But just as peace settles across the Three Realms, he discovers that Pangu's fetal membrane is riddled with cracks, and outer-realm fiends are watching like tigers. The Three Realms are nothing more than a tiny boat adrift in chaos.
Better to strike first than sit and wait for death!
He takes his master and Brother Monkey with him, breaks through the Three Realms, and ventures into chaos!
He slays chaos demons, gathers innate spiritual roots, clashes head-on with the Demon God Palace, and stirs up a storm among the three great powers!
He seeks the legacy of the Heaven-Opening Axe, breaks into the passageways between worlds, and traverses the outer star seas!
From the Three Realms of the Primordial World to the very end of chaos.
The Myriad Worlds will all know the name Tianpeng!
My, Zhu Bajie's, journey was never to Spirit Mountain in the west. It is to the star seas of chaos, to the summit of all the Dao!
