As an actor, Gu Yubin's acting is downright awful, and he has a foul mouth. His emotional intelligence is lower than that of an adult slipper, but his looks and family background more than make up for these shortcomings.

Determined to fulfill his dream of becoming an actor, the young master decides to finance his own production. Directors and actors across the entertainment industry all turn down his invitations to protect their reputations. Gu Yubin is furious. He refuses to believe that if he offers enough money, nobody will join his production!

Zhou Xunyan left home at eighteen to seek his fortune in Hengdian. After seven years of struggling, the introverted and honest young man has barely had a chance to appear on camera. At twenty-five, he's starting to doubt himself, but then the young master begins recruiting. It's now or never, so the honest man decides to throw caution to the wind!
