At the end, Lin Xiao faced Imu, the source of the Devil Fruits, with his bloodline limit. Can you believe it?
System: “Welcome to the Naruto world. Please choose your primary nature transformation.”
Lin Xiao: “Water Style.”
System: “Selection confirmed. Locating your current position... Location found. You are in the One Piece world.”
Lin Xiao: “...What?”
System: “Sorry, the System sent you to the wrong world. Because of this positioning error, you cannot learn Haki, the Six Powers, or other skills from the world of pirates.”
Lin Xiao: “Do you want to listen to what you're saying?”
System: “As compensation, the bloodline limit Sharingan has been unlocked for you.”
Lin Xiao: “...Fine, I guess I'll make do. What else can I do, leave?”
And so...
A pirate in the East Blue: “Just what kind of power user are you?”
Lin Xiao: “I'm not a power user. I just play around with water.”
A Warlord of the Sea on the Grand Line: “Your eyes...”
Lin Xiao: “Oh, these? Colored contacts.”
An Emperor of the Sea in the New World: “Why doesn't my Devil Fruit power work on you?!”
Lin Xiao: “Because water puts out fire, conducts electricity, counters sand, and... Forget it, you wouldn't understand.”
This is the story of an unlucky guy who transmigrated to the world of One Piece and used the Naruto system to crush one powerful opponent after another.
