Zhou Ye was originally just an ordinary night shift scavenger, until one day he picked up an old lantern and began to see the abnormal rules hidden in the city. Abandoned shopping malls, last-minute subways, late-night hospitals, deserted old communities, every place has taboos that cannot be touched. As long as he abides by the rules, he can survive; as long as he breaks the rules, he can take away the special relics in the ghost story in exchange for power, money and a new identity. But as he went deep into the abnormal areas again and again, Zhou Ye gradually discovered that the real danger was not necessarily the ghost stories themselves, but the people in reality who had long been eyeing the lanterns. In order to survive, he can only continue to scavenge in the dark and find his own way out of the gaps in the rules.
Reader comments
Many of the things the protagonist did felt like they were fed to him by others. When he walked out of the building with the help of others and his mother, he seemed to have done nothing himself. It's pretty good, but it has nothing to do with the title.
I have read a few rules and ghost stories in Tomato. This one is considered to be a carefully written text without any fuss about the plot. The atmosphere is also quite good.
The first story is fairly smooth, starting with Lin Lan's intervention. The second incident started to be very difficult to read [awkward laughter] If you want to tell a good story, you should put more effort into it.
Looks good
It's so scary. Written by
Does it mean that the author's writing style is good? Anyway, it's scary. It's perfect for cooling off during the dog days of summer.
A bit mind-numbing, but very nice
It's a bit mind-numbing, but it's terrifying if you think about it carefully. Picking up rags is a lie, but the strange rules and stories are true.
It's really well written, a weird story about different rules.
It's good to read. I've read a few chapters and will save them first. I'll stock up on more chapters. I hope the author can keep writing.
It's so beautiful that you can't help but hold your breath and become nervous. The rhythm is also very fast, one after another.
New ideas, new rules and weird talk. A bit interesting
Sometimes I think that the author's imagination is really big. Such a brain-burning article can make my CPU smoke, Xu Chen, Silence, Zhou Ye. Awesome, do you want to write a group portrait? So awesome. Also, I want to know why Mo Shen and Xu Chen help the protagonist? Can they go out with him? If not, why go to all this trouble?
