There's a legend at Qinglong, the apocalypse's largest survival base: whenever a new commander takes office, they must make incense by hand to worship Qinglong, thereby earning aid in the form of food and spring breezes.
Ying Zhao, the base's third commander, doesn't believe it. In a bid to secure food and a chance to survive, he goes alone to the “Garden of Eden” to obtain the Seed of Life. But other bases launch a counterattack, taking everyone at Qinglong hostage. Forced to hand over the Seed of Life, Ying Zhao is swallowed by the zombie king lurking there. When he wakes again, he finds himself transmigrated into a cannon-fodder character from a romance novel, one that the second commander of Qinglong Base loved to read.
The original character was driven mad by love, doing whatever it took to win Xu Shu and ending up vilified by the entire internet.
After a lifetime of exhaustion, Ying Zhao has transmigrated to a peaceful era, and all he wants is to lie flat.
But one thing puzzles him: the “Seed of Life” came along too, and its color is exactly the same as the eyes of that brown-haired, green-eyed Sentinel.
Whenever he sees those eyes, Ying Zhao is reminded of the secrets hidden in the various survival bases.
Well, it's still okay, the plot is good, and it's my favorite type. There are just a few typos, but I pointed them out as I saw them, and I hope they can be corrected. And there's just not enough to see, not enough to see at all!!! Update soon, thanks to the author.
The relationship is quite delicate and has buried a lot of pits. I look forward to digging it out 🥰🥰🥰[Admiration][Admiration]
