[Fantasy Slice of Life] [Traits] [Cozy Comedy] [Raising Someone / Being Raised?]
Born into a cultivation world, Xu Jinhuan said, “Good news, guys! My System activated the moment I was born!”
[Today is your hundredth birthday... In the era you were born into, spiritual prodigies flourished and young geniuses rose one after another. Today, they are in their prime, competing for supremacy in the world... But you are old and frail, merely a white-haired old man at the third level of Qi Refining...]
Xu Jinhuan: “It’s over! The System thinks I’m a hundred-year-old veteran and is giving me quests based on a script from a hundred years in the future?”
The quests seem simple enough: meeting old acquaintances, listening to his childhood sweetheart’s innermost thoughts, inviting the woman he loves... But for Xu Jinhuan in the body of a baby or child, they’re impossible challenges!
Xu Jinhuan: “Somebody help! I’m not even weaned yet!”
(Currently acquired talent traits: Last Gasp, Keen Insight, Burying One’s Head in the Sand, Coerced Confession, Carving a Boat to Mark the Sword, Reaping Without Sowing, Fight to the Death, Gluttonous Feast, Lift Someone Else’s Wallet, Talking to a Brick Wall... Every trait comes in handy! A zany, fun read, so don’t take it too seriously.)
The protagonist written by the author is super cute, and his daily life is super warm and healing. The recent plots are getting weirder and weirder, so everyone has to rely on the protagonist, but now the protagonist is only three years old. A group of adults are unreliable. They don't think about what they can do for the protagonist. They accept the protagonist's efforts with peace of mind. The adults need the protagonist's talent. A group of children who are older than the protagonist need the protagonist's psychological guidance. Who cares that the protagonist is only three years old? The protagonist is no longer a three-year-old child, but a thirty-year-old nanny. The protagonist will go wherever the protagonist is needed.
Thank you all for your criticisms and corrections, and also thank you for your support and tolerance for your positive comments. Thank you! I have realized that the progress of cultivation is slow, and it will be accelerated in the future. I wrote this book using a method similar to "character reasoning" - the information obtained by the protagonist is synchronized with the reader, and sometimes the reader will know more than the protagonist. Therefore, writing it like this will inevitably slow down the plot in order to explain some clues and explain the protagonist's reasoning and decision-making. I hope friends will forgive me. Secondly, in terms of plot selection, I deliberately avoided classic but inevitably clichéd plots such as "big family infighting", "full moon banquet", "catch the week", "being looked down upon and then slapped in the face". I also did not follow the shock trend of Long Aotian. I wanted to create a warm and healing comedy plot. Speaking of healing, it is inevitable that there will be some slightly depressing clues (the life experience of the protagonist's "old comrade" in the future, the ending of his family and friends, etc.), But these endings will be changed and healed. Friends, please give the protagonist a little more time. Yeah 😘
It's okay, but the protagonist's upgrade speed is a bit slow, but the situation is getting more and more severe. If you want to take it easy, it's not very easy, and there are a few characters in the system.
This book is really good, especially when it describes Lu Bu's battle with Yang Jian for Dong Zhuo. However, Xue Baochai is really too strong. If it weren't for Nuoshou's outer ring + Noxian guillotine, this wave of M7 fire would kill him. But I am more concerned about what Zhuge Liang said to the 108 monkeys in Huaguoshan, "Young man is proud, don't show off in front of your brother Liang", which shows Zhuge Liang's indignation at the monkeys who knocked him to death with three sticks. All in all, this book has an interesting plot, a clear system, and many foreshadowings. The fighting scenes feel like you are there, and the character descriptions are also very good.
It's rare to see such an impressive system flow setting. The centenarian who was dying in the thatched house had experienced the hardships of the world and was filled with compassion as he waited for the end. The system was belatedly arrived; but time and space intersected, and the same system fell on him at the same time in his mother's womb. One line is a dying old man who has experienced many vicissitudes of life and is full of sadness; the other line is a young man who started his journey in swaddling clothes and is full of hope to grow up again. Completing system tasks as a child will unlock memories a hundred years later and reunite with old friends. On the one hand, there is the helplessness of spending a lifetime, and on the other hand, there is the high spirits of having a chance to come back. After reading, Zhao Lei's "I Remember" kept ringing in my mind: Meeting someone destined to lose their memory. The same person, two lives facing each other from a distance, full of a sense of fate, not only a cool novel, but also a deep tenderness and regret. Looking forward to the moment when the two timelines intersect in the future! I am very much looking forward to the collaboration between the two timeline protagonists, the old Xu Jinhuan & the young Xu Jinhuan. 💕💕💕
There are many pitfalls that are not explained, and the more you write, the more foreshadowing you get, but the plot is so fun that the flaws are not covered up. The writing is very vivid and takes you into the twists and turns of the storyline. Every time the protagonist upgrades, you will be happy and joyful. The emotional descriptions of the surprise of the villain or friends are also appropriately worded! Good looking and recommended!
It really feels like the daily life of a child is vivid, very natural, and very cute; even when besieging the little villains and bosses, it is clean and tidy; and for the description of the female characters in the article, I think it is very good and very measured. It makes people feel that the protagonist will become a good best friend as he grows up.
What does it mean to hide from your family that you can cultivate and refine your body?
When I saw 125, I couldn't bear it anymore. The male protagonist is currently three or four years old. I don't know if there is a female protagonist, but it's a harem style. 🙂 It's a story about the group's favor and a story about the harem. All I can say is that it made me feel so separated. Five stars for the author's hard work in coding.
The writing is very good, I was a little surprised. The protagonist and supporting characters are very interesting and lovable, and they are very funny without being cliché. I hope the author can work hard and continue to write it well and finish it!
