Wu Yang Shangzun, a primordial spirit born when heaven and earth first came into being, makes such a racket that the Heavenly Court and the Underworld are thrown into chaos. By chance, she sees that another Wu Yang on the Book of Life and Death has suffered a miserable life. Furious, she throws herself into the mortal world to be reborn!
After her rebirth, Wu Yang Shangzun uses her abilities to turn life in a farming village upside down.
She gets her adoptive parents wrapped around her finger and wins over her younger brother. At three, she puts the whole village in its place; at fourteen, she boldly enters the martial examinations, overcoming every obstacle to become the top martial scholar!
At eighteen, her birth parents come to take her back to their wealthy general's household and restore her to the family. Wu Yang crosses her arms and tosses out one line:
“Want to claim me? No chance!”
Adoptive parents: Fierce! That's our head of the household!
Younger brother: Listening to Big Sister is the best way to have a good life!
Birth parents: …
Fake heiress: …
Black and White Impermanence: What a joke. The Venerable is the wealthy family herself!
King of Hell: If she wanted, she could even become a female emperor!
