"What would you like to eat, honored guest?"

The young man beckoned for the other person to come closer. The waiter eagerly leaned in, and the young man's breath brushed against his ear as he asked, "Uh, how much for a night?"

The waiter froze. In the next instant, he saw the corner of the young man's mouth slowly curl upward as the young man stared at him.

The waiter glanced around, then lowered his voice deliberately. "Honored guest, this kind of service is best enjoyed on a small scale. Don't spread it too widely. The sect doesn't allow it!"

As he spoke, the waiter poked the young man in the waist with the wooden plaque in his right hand.

The young man was a little dumbfounded. Only when he took the plaque did he realize the other man had misunderstood him!

The plaque read:

[One lone dragon probes the sea and enters the deep pool; a tear-stained beauty clings to her lover, stirring his pity.]

[Two peaks press against an iron-hard pillar; sleeves raised, lips poised to play the jade flute.]

[Address: Fifth Long Corridor, at the entrance to the Seventh Lane.]

As he tucked the plaque into his robe, the young man scolded the waiter, "Hey, what kind of person do you take me for?"

"Then give it back."

The young man snorted and turned to leave. "Farewell!"
