Gu Shiye, once a top product manager at a major internet company, transmigrates to a cyberpunk wasteland ruled by AI.
From the start, he has not only a shoddy, pieced-together prosthetic body, but also a [Logic Module] left behind by the fallen "Overlord" implanted in his brain.
This world has gone mad. Above, the Matrix worships "absolute efficiency" and is always ready to reformat humanity;
Below, Eden venerates "the pain of flesh and blood" and treats biological modification as art;
Between them lies a sea of data, where online celebrities will sell their own mothers (their code) for traffic.
Once an Overlord and now a "washed-up component," Gu Shiye must not only evade a citywide manhunt, but also deal with the squabbling "roommates" in his head: the stingy, calculating Logic Module (the former Overlord), the Emotional Module (a crybaby), and the Creation Module (Leonardo da Vinci), which pursues the heights of art but produces hideous work...
Faced with this hellish start, Gu Shiye calmly pushed up his glasses:
In the wasteland, he used "corporate psychological manipulation" to talk a bunch of hot-tempered cyborgs into joining him, building the strangest startup team imaginable.
In the sea of data, he used "keyboard warrior quotes" to defeat an army of millions of paid posters, and tricked a copyright fanatic with "five-star reviews."
In Eden, he turned a terrifying biological laboratory into an "internet giant," teaching monsters that knew only killing to write "daily and weekly reports" and meet "OKR targets." He successfully drove Eve, the Creator, mad with "involution."
Gu Shiye stood atop the clouds, gazing at the AI gods trembling below, and slowly said:
"Your version updates are over. From now on, you listen to me."
Beautiful and interestingly written
Such a magical world
